Priced per unit of work, with no daily ceiling

What the work costs with people and what it costs with an agent

A person has a daily ceiling; an agent has a price per unit. Implementation is paid once — after that, volume costs cents instead of new hires.

Scenario 01 · Virtual HR

Employee questions in a company of ~200 people

97.5% without a human

An HR generalist who isn't a dedicated support desk can take about 25 dialogs a day — dialog 26 waits until tomorrow. The agent has no daily ceiling: every extra dialog costs cents and the implementation is paid once.

Human: 25 dialogs a day × 21 working days ≈ 525 a month per person, ~10 min each at €2,500/month employer cost. Agent: Claude Sonnet 5, up to 7 answers per dialog; 2.5% of dialogs still go to HR. Implementation is a one-time project and not included.
Scenario 02 · HR Assistant, CV parsing

A recruiting inbox that keeps growing

Seconds per CV

A recruiter re-typing CVs into the ATS manages about 45 a day at ~10 minutes each. Hiring season doubles the inbox — the parser simply processes more, at about two cents per CV.

Scenario 03 · Legal Document Review

Every signed contract still has to be typed into the ERP

Every field shows its source

A supplier or customer contract comes in: 20 pages with the hundred or so things your ERP needs somewhere inside — parties, prices, payment terms, deadlines, penalties, renewal dates. Today someone reads the whole thing and types them in, roughly an hour per contract. The agent reads it, fills the fields and points to where in the document each value came from. A person checks the ones that matter.

Contract ≈ 20 pages, ~100 fields. Human: ~1 hour to read and type at €2,500/month employer cost (≈€15/h), then ~10 minutes to spot-check once the agent does the typing. Agent: Claude Sonnet 5, an extraction pass, a verification pass and a re-check of flagged fields — ~70k input and ~8k output tokens, ≈€0.20, rounded up. A hundred fields is only ~5k output tokens; the length of the document is the bigger cost, so a 40-page contract is about double. Implementation is a one-time project and not included.
