What we'll need from you

Honest list — preparing this together is most of the project and it's why the agent answers correctly.

  • a. 20–50 typical contracts from your archive — the agent learns what "normal" looks like for you.
  • b. Your standard positions: what's acceptable and what's a red flag — written down together with your lawyer.
  • c. Your contract templates, if you have them.
  • d. A lawyer on your side to validate the checklist during the pilot.

Implementation is paid once — data preparation, integrations, pilot. After that the cost grows only with usage, never with headcount.
Contract ≈ 20 pages. Agent: Claude Sonnet 5, ~40k input and ~4k output tokens incl. comparison with your template. Counsel: 1–1.5 hours at €60–100/h. The lawyer still reviews the summary — roughly a quarter of the time. A full extraction of ~100 fields with a verification pass, as in the ERP scenario, comes to ≈€0.25.

Contracts are confidential by default — self-hosted is the usual choice here. A Mac mini M5 Pro with 64 GB (≈€3,100 one-time) runs the local model.
