What it does
- Reads a draft against your style guide and house rules — terminology, tone, formatting, the things your editors correct by hand every day.
- Fixes grammar and style and names the rule behind each change, so the writer sees the reason and stops repeating the mistake.
- Scores readability and flags what a reader would stumble on: long sentences, jargon, a buried lead.
- Runs the SEO checks your editors do last and sometimes skip: keywords and their density, headings, meta title and description.
- Works inside your CMS or as an upload page and returns the corrected text with an editor’s note you can paste straight into a review.
- Doubles as onboarding: a new writer gets the feedback a senior editor would give, from the first day.

Honest list — preparing this together is most of the project and it's why the agent answers correctly.
- a. Your style guide in whatever shape it is in — a PDF, a wiki, a folder of memos. Turning it into rules the agent can apply is part of the work.
- b. 20–30 texts before and after a human edit, so the agent learns what “done” looks like in your house.
- c. The person who owns the style guide, for the questions where the guide is silent.
- d. Your SEO targets, if you want that part switched on.

Implementation is paid once — data preparation, integrations, pilot. After that the cost grows only with usage, never with headcount.
Text ≈ 1,000 words. Human: ~30 minutes for a style-guide pass at €2,500/month employer cost (≈€15/h). Agent: Claude Sonnet 5, ~14k input tokens (the style guide plus the draft) and ~3k output incl. the explanations and SEO checks — ≈€0.05, less with prompt caching. A senior editor still decides on the pieces that matter; the routine pass is what goes.

Runs on my EU infrastructure through the Claude API. Drafts are rarely personal data, so this is the usual choice here.
